Nut and Almond Vinaigrette

Ingredients: Serves 4
- 3½ tablespoons vomFass Apple Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ cup vomFass FassZination Walnut Oil
- 3½ tablespoons apple juice
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted
- vomFass Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:

Whisk together first three ingredients to prepare the vinaigrette.

Drizzle vinaigrette over salad mixture and top with almonds and walnuts.

Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
