Pistachio Cake

Ingredients: Serves 4
- 2 cups pastry flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup VOM FASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup VOM FASS FassZination Pistachio Oil
- 3 T. orange zest, grated
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, roasted and crushed
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Sift together first four ingredients, set aside.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix to form a batter.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake until toothpick is clean when removed.
