It’s name is a tribute to the great Ernest Hemingway, a well-known absinthe aficionado.
- 3 oz. vomFASS Barbados Rum
- ½ oz. vomFASS Sour Cherry vodka
- 1 T. vomFASS Libertine Absinthe 55
- ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz, fresh lime juice
- Grapefruit twist for garnish
- Combine everything in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until fully blended.
- Pour into cocktail glass (a frozen glass is preferred)
- Garnish each glass with a grapefruit twist.
