- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 ounces feta cheese, large crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons vomFASS San Gimignano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons vomFASS Passion Fruit Balsamic
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt to taste
- Toss the watermelon, blueberries, feta, and mint in a large bowl.
- In a small jar combine olive oil, balsamic, honey, and salt to taste; shake to emulsify.
- Drizzle over the salad and toss gently. Serves four.
