Whisky Marinade

Combine two of America's favorites - whiskey and grilling for a delicious summer evening.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup (125 ml) Single Malt Whisky of choice
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vomFASS Smoky BBQ Extra Virgin olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vomFASS Maletti Bianco
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon medium vomFASS FassZination Hot Chili Sauce
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground vomFASS Pepper
Directions:
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Put the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Cook meat to appropriate temperature
