Two Georges American Rye Whiskey:  The production of this whiskey begins with rye grown in America’s Bourbon Belt and ends by being gently aged for 2 years in new charred American white oak. Produced in Bourbon County, Kentucky, the ultra-high rye mash bill (95% rye) used to produce this whiskey makes for an exciting small batch expression with lots of complexity and that classic rye spiciness.

Two Georges American Wheat Whiskey:  The production of this whiskey begins with wheat grown in America’s heartland and ends by being gently aged in the extreme climate of the American Midwest. Produced in Iowa, the 100% malted wheat mash bill used to produce this whiskey makes for a soft rounded dram with many layers of complex flavors and endless complexity.

Two Georges Sour Mash Bourbon:  This reserve bottling comes from Tennessee and is a perfect example of why bourbon is the spirit of America. Expertly distilled from a corn rich mash bill of premium American grains, maple charcoal filtered and aged in new American White Oak in a single story rickhouse atop the property's rolling hills. This whiskey is every bit as beautiful and complex as the nation that it calls home.

Two Casks Small Batch Blended Malt Scotch Whisky:  What an outstanding scotch malt whisky, composed from a sherry butt from the Speyburn Distillery and a hogshead from Caol Ila. Golden color, smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet, multilayered smell. Big and rich on the palate, with typical Islay smoke and peat spiciness as well as lots of pure malt and fruit nuances from the Speyside. Great harmony and length. Limited availability!

Mac Spey Speyside Blended Malt Scotch Whisky:  This lovely Speyside malt whisky combines spiciness, fine malt flavors, and great smoothness. It was blended by scotch legend Stewart Laing, who combined some of the finest single malts from renowned distilleries such as Glen Rothes, Macallan, and Balvenie, to give you the best that scotch from the Speyside can offer!

Cragabus Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky:  This Scotch is the quintessence of Islay, a blend crafted for vomFASS by Stewart Laing. Young Laphroaig gives the typical peat punch of the island, whereas mature malts from Caol Ila, Bowmore, and Ardbeg distilleries provide smoothness and body. The cherry on top is a little dash of the extremely rare Port Ellen distillery adding a great deal of complexity. Islay Whisky at its best!

Stephen's Choice Irish Single Malt Whiskey, 5 Years:  This whiskey is sweet and malty. It has a well-balanced body and a harmonic structure. On the tongue and palate, it is full and malty with a soft, nearly creamy taste experience. Specially selected by Stephen Teeling, one of the most renowned experts for Irish Single Malt Whiskey.

Brothers in Arms Irish Single Malt Whiskey, 14 Years:  Jack and Stephen Teeling are the most famous whiskey specialists in Ireland and together with vomFASS, they chose a splendid single malt, the Brothers in Arms. Brothers in Arms is a marriage of aged Irish Single Malt Irish Whiskey -- some matured in sherry casks (Jack) for more than 21 years and some in bourbon casks (Stephen) for more than 14 years. Its finish gives it a balancing act between two cask types with toffee, caramel, and nuts all fighting for attention with a long spicy finish.

Against the Grain Irish Single Grain Whiskey, 5 Years: This is a very unique combination of aged Irish Single Grain whiskey containing 50% Single Grain matured in Bourbon Barrels and 50% matured in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. By doing this we are “going against the grain” by not using this to blend with Malt but instead showcasing that Grain whiskey in its own right is very interesting and unique expression of Irish whiskey.
